My Thoughts: I finished listening to this today and really enjoyed it. It is the first of the In Death series I've read. I will be visiting the library and intend to begin this series at the beginning. The reviews of the other books in this series call them futuristic. There was a touch, pocket links instead of cell phones, New Los Angeles, but not much else. I liked the way the story flowed and the way the characters interacted. This was short so I didn't get to know them very well so I'm looking forward to that. The end was good and left me wondering..... You will wonder too.
I checked this out of the library in the form of a Playaway device. I had to provide the battery and earphones but it was a cool little thing. Have you ever heard of this? I hadn't until this book.

I wanted some advice Sharon. Why do most bloggers not put in the ISDN of the books they review. Is it considered not done?I,as a reader wish they would as it makes it easier to add to my tbr list and I always include it in my reviews but now am wondering if there is a rule where you should not actually do that. Please let me know
I've read all the "In Death" books and enjoyed them very much. I'm not sure how I would like listening to them though. You do sort of need to start at the beginning because the characters grow and change and their relationships evolve. The futuristic touches are there too and some are pretty darn cool.
Hi Sharon
Yes please I would really love to hear what you think

I think I've read virtually everything by Nora Roberts but only a couple of her JD Robb novels although I did enjoy them.
Yvette, what an interesting question, I haven't included ISDN's to this point because I just didnt think of it, maybe I should change that practice??
Hi Teddyree
I actually order Mortal Danger by someone else instead of the one by Ann Rule because I put in the title on the online bookstore and just clicked buy without really looking. When you have the ISDN number you definitely get the book ur looking for without having to scroll down if you put in name of writer and stuff.I think its a bit more work for the blogger but for me it would be wonderful as I add them to my wishlist and then as my finances come in(lol) I move them to my shopping basket.
